Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy:
- Location: We ship from our facility in Canada directly to anywhere in Canada.
- Methods: We offer shipping via Canada Post with options including Expedited, Xpresspost, and Priority Mail. Customers can opt for signature services upon request.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM PST, Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
- Tracking: All shipments come with tracking information which is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Delivery Times:
- Expedited: 2-7 business days depending on your location.
- Xpresspost: Guaranteed 2-4 business days.
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days for major urban centers.
Returns Policy:
- Condition for Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of receipt.
- Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. We will provide a return shipping label for products returned due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our side.
- Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please notify us within 7 days of expected delivery to file a claim. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
- Refusal: If you receive a damaged item, attempt to refuse delivery. If refused, or if you contact us within 3 days, we will handle the claim.
