Once your order is with the Canada Post, kratomcanada.com is not responsible for any delays. Canada Post may sometimes experience short delays.

Orders placed by 10 AM PST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.

Enter your full shipping address during checkout to view available shipping rates and options. To enable free shipping your subtotal must be 50$.

Yes, a tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped. Note: It may take 24 hours for the tracking to become active on the Canada Post website. Please be sure to check SPAM folder.

Yes, we do accept returns, whether opened or unopened. Options for store credit are available within 30 days from the ship date.

We offer the following payment options:

  • Interac e-Transfer: Instructions for completing your e-transfer will be given at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash or credit card upon delivery of your package. Please note that you must select a Canada Post shipping method to use this payment option.

All orders are guaranteed to arrive. If for whatever reason the order is not delivered, it will be reshipped.
