• Eligibility: Refunds are granted for unopened, unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. We are only able to provide refunds with store credit or exchanges.
• Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• Exceptions:
  • Products returned opened or used may not be eligible for a refund except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
