Sorting Out Delivery Problems
After a parcel is handed to Canada Post, we can no longer control how fast it moves, and the odd delay is normal. If tracking looks frozen, send us your order number and we will help you work out what is going on.
- Parcel damaged or missing: contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Marked delivered, yet nothing at your door: email your order number and we will take it up with Canada Post for you.
- Box visibly damaged on arrival: if you can, refuse it at the door, since that makes the claim more straightforward.
Sending Back Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days. Write to support@kratomcanada.com with the order number and we will email you a return label. Returns are settled as store credit or an exchange, and anything that has been opened is not returnable.
