Before going further, a note on status. Kratom carries no Health Canada approval as something to eat or drink, so we sell it strictly as a botanical product. Nothing on this page is advice about using it; we stick to products, testing, shipping and payment.
What Arrives in a Calgary Order
Kratom Canada packs and ships every order from a facility inside Canada, so nothing bound for Alberta has to clear customs. Single strains such as White Borneo, White Maeng Da, Red Bali and Green Maeng Da come in 25 g, 250 g and 1 kg bags. We also carry three house blends, all listed on the blends page.
Two bundles suit buyers who want more than one strain in a single parcel: the Sampler Pack (5 x 25 g) and the Kilo Pack (4 x 250 g). Batch lab reports are posted on our lab reports page so you can check a product before you order it.
Dispatch Times for Alberta Addresses
Our same-day cutoff is 12 PM PST, Monday through Friday. In Calgary that lands at 1 PM Mountain. An order submitted before then leaves our facility that afternoon; anything later, or placed over a weekend, goes out on the following business day. Keep in mind that the cutoff is for dispatch, not for delivery.
The tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel ships. Canada Post can need up to a day to post the first scan, and that email sometimes ends up in a junk folder, so look there if it seems to be missing.
Canada Post Services at Checkout
Type your complete Calgary address at checkout and the available Canada Post services are priced for your postal code. Canada Post lists Expedited at 2 to 7 business days, Xpresspost at 2 to 4 business days and Priority at 1 to 3 business days for major urban centres. These are carrier estimates rather than promises from us. Expedited shipping costs nothing once your subtotal reaches $50, and signature on delivery can be requested.
Paying for Your Order
Calgary orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer. After you place the order, the transfer details appear on screen and again in your confirmation email. We hold the order until the payment reaches us, and then it moves into packing.
When a Parcel Needs Attention
Once Canada Post has the parcel, its speed through their network is outside our control, and short delays do happen. If tracking stops moving, email us your order number and we will look into it with you.
- Damaged or never arrived: tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Tracking says delivered but you have nothing: write to us with your order number and we will follow up with Canada Post on your behalf.
- Damage you can see at the door: refusing the delivery makes the claim simpler to handle.
Returning an Unopened Bag
Only unopened, unused products can come back, within 30 days. Email support@kratomcanada.com with your order number and we will send you a return label by email. Approved returns are settled as store credit or an exchange; once a bag has been opened it cannot be returned.
